This project is designed to highlight the importance of using Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) as educational supports for teaching and learning processes. Teachers and pupils are trained to use digital cameras to produce videos that are then edited on computers and displayed on Internet websites. During this process, they are invited to reflect and create a methodology for using these new ICTs in their daily routines at school, as ways of exchanging information, expressing ideas, recording and systematising learning processes, and the collective production of knowledge. This Project is implemented through partnerships with six municipal schools in Rio de Janeiro, with one teacher and two pupils attending the workshops at each school, who then multiplying this expertise by disseminating it to other pupils and teachers. This year, ten short features were produced at these schools.
