The Institute

The Instituto Desiderata is a non-profit organisation operating in Rio de Janeiro, whose purpose is to foster the process of transformation and social inclusion for children and young people in the fields of Paediatric Oncology and Education. To do so, this Institute underwrites outreach projects and works through partnerships with public and private institutions, drawing up and implementing programmes that help strengthen public policies in these fields.
